Camera lenses are vital to the process of capturing beautiful photographs and videos. Camera lenses for digital cameras harness the ability to capture light, focusing it onto an image sensor or film. The quality of the resulting photographs or video footage is heavily influenced by the photography lens.
Designed with specific arrangements of glass or plastic elements to produce the desired optical properties, photography lenses control the direction of light rays to focus the image accurately onto the camera's sensor and correct optical aberrations. The term "maximum aperture size" in digital camera lenses refers to the largest opening through which light can pass. Different lenses have different maximum apertures, and this variation influences how much light can enter the lens, impacting image brightness and depth of field.

Types of Photography Lenses:

- Tilt-Shift Lenses - allow for control of perspective and depth of field. Photographers can tilt and shift the lens elements independently. Tilt-shift lenses are used in landscape photography, architectural photography, and artistic photography.
